1. Eligibility:
1.1 The lucky draw competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older, excluding employees and their immediate families of Blum South Africa (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates, and partners.

2. Entry Period:
2.1 The competition entry period begins on 6 February 2024 and ends on 30 April 2024.
2.2 Entries received after the specified end date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter the lucky draw, participants must complete the online form.
3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Prize:
4.1 The prize for the lucky draw competition is a set of ORGA-LINE accessories containing two plate holders, two spice holders, one knife holder, one film dispenser and one foil dispenser.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
5.2 The winner will be notified via email/phone by 7 May 2024.

6. Verification of Winner:
6.1 The selected winner must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim the prize.
6.2 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residence.

7. Publicity:
7.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities associated with the competition.

8. Data Protection:
8.1 Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying the winner.

9.1 Blum South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
9.2 The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.

10. Governing Law:
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
