Blum Vietnam Warranty Policy

Blum Vietnam offers a Lifetime Warranty on the functionality of our mechanical products. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the customers´ furniture cabinet. For electric products and components, a 5-year warranty is provided.

The time of warranty starts with the date of the first installation.

Blum Vietnam offers a lifetime warranty on the functionality of mechanical products. This warranty is valid throughout the lifespan of the furniture unit, starting from the date of initial installation.

For products and technologies with electrical components, BVN provides a 5-year warranty based on the date indicated on the warranty label.

Please kindly note that the following cases will not be covered by BVN's warranty:

• Products not officially imported by BVN and distributed by authorized partners.
• Not apply to outdoor cabinets or indoor cabinets placed in outdoor environments or conditions.
• Altered, counterfeited, or damaged serial numbers or warranty stickers.
• Incorrect or improper installation or maintenance methods. Blum installation instructions/manual to be followed strictly. Please find how to install & maintain Blum’s fittings properly here
• Damage due to inappropriate use, mishandling, willful harm.
• Exceeding the defined and permitted limits in terms of load, opening angles, open and closing forces etc.
• The product is damaged due to improper cleaning and storage (such as using chemicals or cleaning agents). Refer for more information here.
• Disassembly and reuse of products from original furniture.
• Combining Blum products with non-Blum fittings.
• Surface changes caused by external forces (e.g., scratches, rust film, slight color-deviation due to aging).
• Unauthorized disassembly, alteration, or repair.
• Force majeure events (fires, explosions, natural disasters, etc.).
