Julius Blum GmbH, Industriestraße 1, 6973 Höchst, Austria, operates the MEDIA COLLECT appacquired by you from the app store.

• This app supports you in marketing various Blum products and services. You can use the app in this regard to access and send various information and marketing materials such as brochures, installation instructions, videos, images, etc. at any time. At the same time, the experience we gain allows us to further develop our products and improve this app. We have compiled the data required for this under point 3 below.
• In addition to this primary purpose, we can analyse the user behaviour of app users to identify where their interests lie and improve and strengthen our products and services in those areas in a targeted manner. To do so, we use the tools mentioned in point 4, which collect and process the data without reference to individuals.
• In order for this app to work, you must be registered with us as an "e-service user" and be authorised by us to use the MEDIA COLLECT app. The following personal information is processed when you register or log in:

  This is particularly the case if you include attachments in the "Send presentation" function. Please note that before creating and sharing photos and videos, you must ensure that you have the necessary rights (copyright and personal rights) and that you are authorised to grant Blum a license to edit, share and process them in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• We use the service providers listed below to record user behaviour to improve our services and products (see point 2.). No personal data is transferred to the service providers listed and any existing personal data is removed beforehand:
