The Role

We have a brand new and exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll play a pivotal role within the team, supporting all aspects of the Employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, changes to terms, absence and offboarding. You will be looking after our HR systems and shared inbox, effectively handling all incoming HR related queries.

Location

The role is based out of our state of the art Head Office in Milton Keynes. The role is full-time, initially office based with the potential to work from home inline with our Homeworking Policy.

The role is a fixed term contract for an initial period of 12 months.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Attention to detail is essential as is the ability to prioritise your own workload to ensure deadlines are met. Excellent communication is key to help build relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

Ideally we would like you to have HR experience however this is not essential and if you have an administration background and have a keen interest in HR we would love to hear from you.

Trainee Product Support Adviser

Full Time - In our Technical team

Are you inquisitive? Do you like to know how things work?

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with the ability and willingness to learn. This person should flexible and be happy to work as part of a small team. A team that provides technical support for our products to our customers, who are made up of Manufacturers, Retailers, Installers, consumers, and our sales team etc.

Our objective will be to nurture and develop your talent to help you progress and learn. We will work with you to identify your strengths, and tailor your career towards a customer training role or a more practical services role that we offer as part of our Technical Team.

We are looking for you to be eager to learn and have an interest how things practical things work, as well as:

• Good organisational skills

• Good mathematical and literacy knowledge

• The ability to work using your initiative and common sense

• Ability to be flexible and enjoy challenges

• Be able to work effectively and conscientiously within a team environment.

This will be a full time position with Full time hours Mon — Fri 8.30m — 5.00pm with an early finish Friday every second week. Also you will eventually participate in the on-call out of hours telephone and live support service as part of a 4-week rota.
