The Role
We are looking for creative and self-motivated individuals who will be working as part of our National Sales team within the distribution segment of the business. Representing the internal values and fingerprints of our brand, this role will predominantly support the furniture manufacturers who are supplied via our distribution network.
Using a unique set of skills you will be able to represent Blum products, services and brand in a structured and professional way through a variety of communication channels with our customers with a focus on commercial growth.
Location
We currently have opportunities for candidates in the South and South East of England. Successful candidates will have an initial 8-week training programme which will form the base of their onboarding journey with Blum UK, this will mainly be based from our Head Office in Milton Keynes, an opportunity to really understand the role, building relationships and receiving all the required training to be an expert in the field.
Upon completion of induction, the successful individual will have full accountability of their area, managing their own diary and creating a call pattern which typically would involve overnight stays during the week.
About you
Successful candidates will have the ability to use their great communication skills to maintain & build long-lasting relationships. We are looking for somebody who takes an interest in the needs of others and is able to think outside the box from a technical and customer service perspective.
Previous experience in the industry, kitchen design or manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential. We are open to applications from individuals who are engaging and passionate with the following attributes:
