Our Blum Code of Conduct outlines the key principles we all follow, with clear rules that apply to every Blum employee. It guides us to act appropriately, legally and with the highest ethical standards.
Collaboration, integrity and reliability are the foundation of our shared success.
At the most basic level, we expect any potential misconduct or breaches of our compliance guidelines and other (e.g. legal) requirements to be raised directly with those concerned as part of a personal conversation. This means that these issues can be stopped quickly and easily, and avoided in the future. At the same time, we understand that this is not possible in all cases. We therefore offer a further method of communication in the form of the Blum Integrity Line,
which is our digital whistleblower system. This allows you to report your concerns at a higher level, and you can do so anonymously if you wish. A dedicated team that is responsible for the Blum Integrity Line then deals with your report confidentially. By offering this option, we want to strengthen the willingness to behave lawfully in our company and at the same time make it easier to submit reports. The receipt and subsequent investigation of reports is thus a matter of vital importance to us as a company. We see this as an opportunity to constantly scrutinise and improve our guidelines and processes.
